The student must have passed the qualifying examination/course in the first attempt during the period from November 2025 to October 2026. વિદ્યાર્થીએ નવેમ્બર 2025 થી ઓક્ટોબર 2026 દરમિયાન સંબંધિત પરીક્ષા/અભ્યાસક્રમ પ્રથમ પ્રયત્ને પાસ કરેલ હોવો જરૂરી છે.
SSC students must have secured 70% or above. SSCમાં 70% (ટકાવારી) કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ હોવા જરૂરી છે.
HSC students must have secured 65% or above. HSCમાં 65% (ટકાવારી) કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ હોવા જરૂરી છે.
Indian Administrative Service (IAS) – candidates selected/appointed to IAS through the Civil Services Examination. ઇન્ડિયન એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેટિવ સર્વિસ (IAS) – સિવિલ સર્વિસ પરીક્ષા દ્વારા IAS માટે પસંદ થયેલ/નિયુક્ત ઉમેદવાર.
Indian Police Service (IPS) – candidates selected/appointed to IPS through the Civil Services Examination. ઇન્ડિયન પોલીસ સર્વિસ (IPS) – સિવિલ સર્વિસ પરીક્ષા દ્વારા IPS માટે પસંદ થયેલ/નિયુક્ત ઉમેદવાર.
Rules
Registration will be accepted only through the online registration form. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફક્ત ઓનલાઈન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ દ્વારા જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.
Students must carefully fill in all required details and verify the information before submitting the form. વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ફોર્મમાં માંગવામાં આવેલી તમામ વિગતો કાળજીપૂર્વક ભરવી અને સબમિટ કરતા પહેલાં ચકાસવી.
Providing incorrect, false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation/rejection of the application. ખોટી, બનાવટી, અધૂરી અથવા ગેરમાર્ગે દોરનારી માહિતી આપવામાં આવશે તો અરજી રદ કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.
Students must enter their address, mobile number, email address, and other contact details correctly, as these details will be used for further communication. વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સરનામું, મોબાઈલ નંબર, ઈમેલ સરનામું અને અન્ય સંપર્ક વિગતો સાચી રીતે ભરવી, કારણ કે આગળની જાણકારી માટે આ વિગતોનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવશે.
The last date for completing and submitting the online registration form is 31 October 2026. ઓનલાઈન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ ભરવાની અને સબમિટ કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ 31 ઓક્ટોબર 2026 છે.
No application will be accepted after 31 October 2026. 31 ઓક્ટોબર 2026 બાદ કોઈપણ અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં.
Students may be required to upload/provide supporting documents such as marksheet, degree/certificate, or other relevant proof as applicable. વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જરૂરીયાત મુજબ માર્કશીટ, ડિગ્રી/સર્ટિફિકેટ અથવા અન્ય સંબંધિત પુરાવા અપલોડ/રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.
All applications and supporting documents will be subject to verification by the organizing committee. તમામ અરજીઓ અને રજૂ કરાયેલા દસ્તાવેજોની આયોજક મંડળ દ્વારા ચકાસણી કરવામાં આવશે.
Students who have passed through a supplementary, repeater, or subsequent attempt will not be considered as having passed in the first attempt. સપ્લીમેન્ટરી, રિપીટર અથવા ત્યારબાદના પ્રયત્નથી પાસ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રથમ પ્રયત્ને પાસ થયેલ ગણવામાં આવશે નહીં.
After verification, eligible and selected students will be informed through email and WhatsApp/SMS using the contact details provided in the registration form. ચકાસણી બાદ યોગ્ય અને પસંદગી પામેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ફોર્મમાં આપેલ સંપર્ક વિગતોના આધારે ઈમેલ અને WhatsApp/SMS દ્વારા જાણ કરવામાં આવશે.
Selected students must be present at the venue on the day of the felicitation ceremony, 14 November 2026. પસંદગી પામેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સન્માન સમારોહના દિવસે એટલે કે 14 નવેમ્બર 2026ના રોજ સમારોહ સ્થળે હાજર રહેવું ફરજિયાત રહેશે.
Eligibility, verification, selection, and felicitation will be subject to the decision of the organizing committee. The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding. યોગ્યતા, દસ્તાવેજોની ચકાસણી, પસંદગી અને સન્માન અંગે આયોજક મંડળનો નિર્ણય અંતિમ અને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે.
By submitting the online registration form, the student confirms that all information provided is true and correct and agrees to abide by the above eligibility criteria and rules. ઓનલાઈન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ સબમિટ કરીને વિદ્યાર્થી ખાતરી આપે છે કે તેના દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી તમામ માહિતી સાચી અને યોગ્ય છે તથા ઉપરોક્ત યોગ્યતા અને નિયમોનું પાલન કરવા સંમત છે.
